Does Rushaid work fully in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic is the main language of the admin panel, the apps, receipts and reports. English is available, and Kurdish is planned.
How do we pay for the subscription?
There is no online payment for now. Pay by bank transfer, in cash, with ZainCash or with Qi Card. Once the payment is confirmed, we activate your school's subscription.
Does Rushaid fit Iraqi schools?
Yes. It supports the primary, intermediate and preparatory stages, a Sunday to Thursday school week, a September to June school year, and fees in Iraqi dinars without decimals.
Do parents need a separate app?
Students and parents share one app with the timetable, homework, results, fees and notifications. Teachers have their own app.
Who can see our school's data?
Every school has its own separate database, and no school can see another school's data. The school management sets each user's permissions.
How long does it take to get started?
After the subscription is activated, we help you enter classes, students and teachers, and you can start within days.
